This site appeals to the average person as the layout is simple and effective. It has a flawless look and persons with no technical background would greatly appreciate it. The design and graphics on the site are very clean and professional. I found navigation of the site to be quick as tabs were easily accessible and documents were fast-loading. All the information was well written and sufficient. Overall is a great site with not only a perfect design but it is also filled with excellent content.
